How TJ Home Care Works

  1. Post Your Requirement: Submit your requirement online, call us, or WhatsApp us.
  2. Candidate Matching: Candidates apply directly, or our team shortlists suitable profiles.
  3. Video Interview: Interview and select candidates through Zoom.
  4. Choose Your Plan & Pay: Select your preferred placement plan and complete payment.
  5. Contact Sharing: Contact details are shared with both parties after payment.
  6. Direct Joining: The selected candidate joins your home. Optional TJ Home Care staff-assisted joining is available at an additional charge of ₹1,499.

Our Placement Plans

Standard Plan
  • Placement Fee: 15 days' agreed salary + GST
  • 1 Free Replacement within 3 months
Premium Plan
  • Placement Fee: 1 month's agreed salary + GST
  • 3 Free Replacements within 6 months

Our Joining Guarantee

If the selected candidate fails to join, we will arrange an alternative within 7 working days or provide a 100% refund of placement charges, as per our policy.
